About Me

My life has been tumultuous at times, a sentiment I’m sure many can relate to. Throughout my life, I’ve had a habit that comes almost instinctively: visualization. But it’s not the kind of visualization most people talk about. I’ve always leaned toward the negative, imagining worst-case scenarios even when things were going well. I’ve also been a skeptic of concepts like visualization, self-help methods, and online advice.

Yet over time, I noticed a pattern that couldn’t be mere coincidence: whenever my life was going well, my negative thoughts would fade, people treated me better, and life itself seemed smoother. This isn’t to say visualization is a magic cure or that bad things don’t happen for reasons beyond our control, but it does make me wonder how much power we really hold in shaping our own experiences.

Visualization is not some crystal ball, but my intuition tells me it works to some degree, and that alone is worth exploring.
